HOW DO WE BEGIN?
1. COMPLIMENTARY INITIAL CONSULTATION
A 30–60 minute meeting to discuss your vision, budget, and prospective timeline. Depending on your location, we may meet in-person or virtually.
2. PRELIMINARY SCOPE REVIEW
We assess the given site or existing space (through photos, as-built drawings, and/or a short visit) to understand opportunities and constraints. A fee may be required for long-distance travel to a site.
3. SERVICE PROPOSAL & FEE ESTIMATE
Based on our discussion and initial review, we prepare a customized proposal outlining services, timeline, and pricing.
4. ENGAGEMENT AGREEMENT
Once approved, we formalize the scope and begin the design process.
